The specific costs of a survey deployment depend on multiple variables, including:

• Your projected turnover (voluntary vs. involuntary)
• The complexity of getting key employee information into the system (manual invitation generation, client upload or automatic data transfer)

We calculate pricing based on the number of surveys COMPLETED, rather than projected turnover or surveys initiated. This means that we have a vested interest in your success since costs are directly connected to the quantity and quality of usable data you get from us.

Typically, there is one-time set-up fee for InsightEXIT to create a custom survey for you. Once this system is live, you are charged on a quarterly basis for system hosting and for the cost of each online exit survey that is completed.

For clients with additional analysis requests, InsightEXIT's team can work with you to provide more detailed reporting on a quarterly, semi-annually, yearly or as needed basis. Call us if you have advanced exit reporting consultation needs.
